In a description, Table Talk is 6 -10 people coming together for food, friendship, and faith. In reality it is far more. It is about the enjoyment of that food, the building of that friendship, the sharing of that faith. It is about spending time learning and sharing, about: what people like to eat – who they are – what they enjoy in the Scriptures, or are concerned about. Sometimes it is referred to simply as Christian brothers and sisters “getting to know each other.” It is designed to be comfortable, challenging, engaging, and enjoyable. Find one that fits your schedule and location, and give it a try!
Life With God
Offered seasonally throughout the year. A starting point Bible class where life’s difficult questions are answered using Scripture as our textbook, written and lead by Pastor Lissy. Email Pastor Lissy at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about dates and times for upcoming classes.
“I didn’t know the Bible said that!” Or, “I’ve read that verse a thousand times, and never saw that!” Hopefully also, “This has been so refreshing and practical for my day-to-day Christian living!”
If you have not heard them, maybe you are personally familiar with some of them? Either way, Bible studies do raise questions and comments, especially when we are searching for answers that only God can provide. Bible studies give us the opportunity to engage, ask questions and seek His wisdom and understanding.
Be on the lookout for the next Bible Study coming up – then let us come together to find more answers that provide God’s wisdom and understanding!
Kids & Youth
Our Sunday school and Youth programs are an important part of the ministry here at Abiding Savior. Through bible readings, relevant discussions, fun music, and games, we offer kids a beginning understanding of biblical stories, a growing knowledge of God, and opportunities to come to know Him better. The teachers and leaders are experienced, supportive, and lead with a servant’s heart for their students’ classes.
Our youth group offers opportunities to engage in meaningful bible study and group discussion, with a goal to equip them with a greater knowledge of the bible and a foundation for their own relationship with God. Gatherings include discussion, questions and answer, and prayer opportunities.
